Chad Kundert
Kundert Construction Owner Chad Kundert was born and raised in Monroe, WI and is a proud Monroe High School alum. After high school, Chad apprenticed at Findorff a commercial construction company in Madison, WI and took business classes at MATC. After Findorff, Chad worked for a local construction company where he found his passion for residential construction. During this time Chad developed a dream of owning his own construction business, and in 1998 Kundert Construction was born. Since then, Chad has grown his company significantly. Kundert Construction has been accredited by the Better Business Bureau for over 20 years and is widely known throughout Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois as a premier builder.
Christina Gilbertson
Christina Gilbertson is the Office Assistant at Kundert Construction. Christina comes with a rich administrative background, a degree in Human Services and a thirst for knowledge. She worked many years in a long-term care setting, in various positions, including Director of an Alzheimer’s Unit, Marketing Director and In-Home Services Manager, leaving her with a broad range of skills. She provides administrative support to Chad, the Owner, along with the field crew. Christina is enjoying learning a whole new industry and excited to be a part of the Kundert Construction team. She has been a resident of Monroe since 2009 and is married with 3 children, and 2 grandchildren. Christina lives in Monroe with her family. When she’s not at work you can find her spending her time with her family, camping, traveling, and scrapbooking.
Samuel Janny
Hello, my name is Sam Janny, and I am the Project Manager for Kundert Construction. I was born in Waukesha, WI and grew up in Oconamowoc, WI for most of my life. After High School and some college at Edgewood and UW-Whitewater, I decided to pursue a career in the trades. More specifically, in HVAC and later into construction management. I recently moved to Monroe looking for a new opportunity to learn new skills, build new relationships, and eventually start a family here. Outside of work you can see me enjoying time with friends and family or hunting , fishing, and traveling.
